2007 Year-End and W-2 Form Update
2007 Year-End and W-2 Form Update
The following is updated information regarding Year-End and W-2 Forms for 2007:
Distribution Guidelines:
- All 2007 W-2 Forms will be sent via U.S. Mail to employee’s mailing/home address postmarked by January 31, 2008.
- Any 2007 W-2 Form that is undeliverable will be returned to ASU Office of Human Resources (OHR).
- If the department has not supplied OHR with a forwarding address, OHR will contact the department for further instructions.
- Those with a forwarding address, HR Payroll will immediately send the 2007 W-2 Form to the employees forwarding address via U.S. Mail.
View/Print Duplicate 2007 W-2:
- Employees will be able to view and print 2007 W-2 forms via Employee Self-Service. There will be more information to follow.
- A link will be available on the Employee Self-Service Page, under Payroll and Compensation:
(W2 Online) - View W-2 details hosted at Ceridian (separate login required).
Year-to-Date Totals:
- 2007 Year-End Paycheck Totals are now available through Employee Self-Service (ASU Interactive > Employee Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > 2007 YE Balances):
- On this page, you can review your 2007 earnings, employer paid benefits, deduction and tax balances.
- Earnings: This should reflect your gross earnings before taxes and non-taxable items (such as health insurance) are subtracted.
- Employer Paid Benefits: This should reflect the portion of benefits paid for you by ASU.
- Taxes: This should reflect your net earnings against which taxes are assessed.
- Before Tax Deductions: This should reflect items, such as health insurance premiums, which are deducted from your gross earning prior to the assessment of taxes.
After Tax Deductions: This should reflect items which are deducted after taxes are assessed against your net taxable earnings.
