We are moving toward processing payroll, additional pays, pay corrections, ad hoc salary changes, and DTA entry on a regularly scheduled basis. Listed below is our planned payroll production for the rest of the October payroll period.
1. Wednesday, October 3rd
- Deadline to submit HR paperwork – new hires, additional pays, pay corrections, ad hoc salary changes, demotions and benefit changes by 5:00 p.m. for the October 12th paycheck
2. Friday, October 5th
- DTA entry - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon for 10/12 pay
- Lockout begins at 12:00 noon
- Time reporting needs to be approved at noon
3. Monday, October 8th
- DTA entry - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
- Lockout begins at 12:00 noon
4. Tuesday, October 9th
- Lockout
- Payroll is being confirmed
5. Wednesday, October 10th
- Lockout is lifted at 8:00 a.m.
- Payroll confirmed
6. Friday, October 12th, Payday
7. Wednesday, October 17th
- Deadline to submit HR paperwork – new hires, additional pays, pay corrections, ad hoc salary changes, demotions and benefit changes by 5:00 p.m. for the October 26th paycheck.
8. Friday, October 19th
- DTA entry - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon for October 26th pay
- Lockout begins at 12:00 noon
- Time reporting needs to be approved at noon
9. Monday, October 22nd
- DTA entry - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
- Lockout begins at 12:00 noon
10. Tuesday, October 23rd
- Lockout
- Payroll is being confirmed
11. Wednesday, October 24th
- Lockout is lifted at 8:00 a.m.
- Payroll confirmed
12. Friday, October 26th, Payday
13. Wednesday, October 31
- Deadline to submit HR paperwork – new hires, additional pays, pay corrections, ad hoc salary changes, demotions and benefit changes by 5:00 p.m. for the November 9th paycheck.
We are asking for your support in ensuring that any changes, updates, and new hire paperwork is submitted before the scheduled deadlines.
Also, please remind your employees to go to Employee Self Service and review their individual W4s (Federal Income Tax) withholdings, to ensure they are correct.
