Spring Hires (BPG) – Posted December 21, 2007

As a follow-up to the Spring Hires Business Process Guide message that was sent on December 12, 2007, we wanted to remind you that:

• The Spring Hires Business Process Guide (BPG) describes the hiring procedures for spring academic hires only. Please continue to enter non-academic, staff hires through TAM like you always have.
• Note that spring academic hires need to be entered using the process described in the BPG by Friday, December 28, 2007.

The BPG is available at the HRIS Website under References & Resources. Go to: http://hris.asu.edu/.

All department entry for spring hires should be entered on-line by Friday, December 28, 2007 to ensure an accurate paycheck on Friday, January 18, 2008.
