Salary Increases and Adjustments from 26.1 to 26 Information - Posted September 26, 2007
The September 28, 2007 payroll has been confirmed and will soon be available for view through ASU interactive. In prior notes, we've discussed that this payroll was particularly challenging because of the change to wages and salaries resulting from the annual salary increase program, retro payments for the program and the adjustment of salaries from the 26.1 to the 26 per-pay-period amounts. This complexity will provoke questions, so we are providing you with some tools to help you.
- Click on 2007 Salary Increase Program which will describe how both the annual salary adjustments and the 26.1 to 26 adjustments were made. Becoming familiar with these processes will put you in a good position to answer the vast majority of employees' questions.
- Adjustments were driven from the spreadsheets that displayed salary amounts and recommended changes and that were returned from the departments earlier this month. This link, https://www.asu.edu/myreports, will take you to myReports where you can view the spreadsheets and related reports in the Human Resource/Sept28 folder. A README document describes the available content.
- Please notify the Office of Human Resources if you become aware of any problems with the paychecks - or retro amounts - in your area. Your primary service contacts can be found at http://www.asu.edu/hr/partners/areas_of_responsibility.html.
