UPDATED - Issue with Data-feed and ADOA – Benefits - Posted October 17, 2007

Resolution: Not resolved yet.

The Office of Human Resources recently become aware of a problem with the data feeds between ASU and our health care vendors. A small number of faculty and staff or their spouses are not showing up in the system as covered when seeking care from a provider or trying to get a prescription filled. We are working diligently with the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) to solve this issue. ADOA is the primary administrator for our benefit plans.
