  • The revised September Payroll calendar is now on the HRIS web site. Go to http:/hris.asu.edu and click on Tools and Applications and go to Payroll/Payday calendars.
  • The new payroll codes for the Salary Increase Program (SIP) and the Wage Adjustment Program (WAP) for the 26.1 change will be listed on the September 28th pay advance.
  • DTA entry is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon today. Blackout begins at 12:00 noon today, and ends September 26th at 12:00 noon.

Payroll Production Schedule – September 28th Paycheck - Posted September 11, 2007

Our September 28th payroll will be a very challenging one. We will be converting all salaried staff from 26.1 to 26, and processing retroactive adjustments to July 1, 2007. In addition, we will be processing the salary program for all categories of staff. This too will require a retroactive adjustment, and it will be a very complex payroll run.

Consequently, we will need to specify a period of time known as a “Blackout” period where we cannot process any changes and adjustments, promotions, etc.

DTA Paycheck Deadline for September 14th Paycheck - Posted September 6, 2007

The DTA deadline for the September 14th paycheck is Friday September 7th, at 10:00 a.m.

Secondary timekeeping deadline – Monday, September 10 at 12:00 p.m. 

This is the deadline to approve the September 7-9 pay period.

DTA’s should also review and correct any changes to approved time.

DTA Production Schedule, September 2007 - Posted September 5, 2007

For planning purposes, as we prepare for our next payroll, here are the deadlines for:

1. New Hire Paperwork – Wednesday, September 5th at 5:00pm.

  • For staff who started on Tuesday, August 28th or after, and will have worked before Saturday, September 8th.
  • In the future, we will be moving this deadline earlier.
  • We should have all paperwork prior to the pay period when the employee starts.

 

2. Primary timekeeping deadline, Friday, September 7th at 10:00 a.m.
